Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 1, 2026

RentLift Rehabs LLC (“RentLift,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to rentliftrehabs.com (the “Site”) and to the RentLift mobile and web applications (the “Services”).

Information we collect

Information you give us. If you contact us by email or phone, we receive whatever you choose to send — typically your name, company, email address, phone number, and the substance of your inquiry.

Account information (Services only). When your organization is set up on the RentLift platform, we collect the name, work email address, phone number, employer, and role of each authorized user. We use Google sign-in and emailed one-time links for authentication; we do not store passwords.

Property and project information (Services only). In the course of coordinating turn work we collect information about the units we service: addresses, unit numbers, square footage, condition notes, photographs of unit interiors, scheduling dates, scope selections, estimates, invoices, and completion records. This information describes properties, not individuals, though it may incidentally include a prior tenant's name where it appears in a document you provide.

Information collected automatically. Our Site uses privacy-preserving, cookieless analytics to count page views and referrers in aggregate. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does not track you across other websites. Our hosting provider retains standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and abuse prevention.

Information we do not collect. We do not collect payment card numbers, government identification numbers, biometric data, or precise geolocation. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How we use information

  • To coordinate, schedule, price, and document turn work
  • To communicate with property managers, vendors, and building owners about active projects, including transactional email, SMS, and push notifications
  • To generate scope recommendations and financial projections
  • To produce reporting and analytics for the property management companies whose portfolios we service
  • To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Services
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Automated scope recommendations

The Services use automated systems, including machine learning models, to analyze unit condition information and recommend turn scope, pricing, and projected outcomes. These recommendations are advisory. A human authorizes every turn, and no legally or financially binding decision is made about any individual by automated means alone.

How we share information

We share information only as needed to deliver the Services:

  • With trade vendors, the project details necessary to perform assigned work — unit address and access details, scope, schedule, and relevant photographs.
  • With the property management company or owner responsible for a unit, the records relating to that unit's turns.
  • With service providers who process data on our behalf under contract, including our cloud hosting, database, authentication, messaging, and analytics providers. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
  • When required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of RentLift, our clients, or the public.
  • In a business transfer, if RentLift is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

Data retention

We keep project records for as long as we service the property and thereafter as needed for warranty, accounting, tax, and legal purposes — generally seven years. Inquiry correspondence is kept for up to two years. We delete or anonymize information once it is no longer needed for these purposes.

Security

We protect information with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls that limit each user to their own organization's records, and access logging. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, gives you the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of recipients
  • Access a copy of that information in a portable format
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Delete personal information, subject to legal and contractual exceptions
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information — though we do not collect any
  • Opt out of sale or sharing — we do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of
  • Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights

To exercise a right, email [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We will verify your identity before acting and will respond within 45 days, extendable once by a further 45 days where permitted. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission.

Your rights elsewhere

If you are located outside California, you may have comparable rights under your local law. Contact us at the address above and we will honor any request we are legally required to honor, and will generally honor reasonable requests we are not.

Children

The Services are business tools, not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

Third-party links

Our Site and Services may link to sites we do not operate. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and this policy does not apply to them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. If the changes are material, we will provide additional notice — by email or in the Services — before they take effect.
