RentLift Rehabs was founded on a simple frustration: the turn — the stretch between one tenant moving out and the next moving in — is where multifamily portfolios quietly lose money, and almost nobody measures it.

Between us we have more than thirty years in residential property management and maintenance and fifteen years building software and mobile applications. We have walked the units, chased the vendors, and signed the invoices. We have also built the systems that other industries use to make that kind of work accountable. RentLift is what happens when those two histories sit at the same table.

The idea came out of a shared conviction that the tenant-to-tenant turn should be seamless and AI-guided, not a sequence of phone calls and guesses. A property manager should be able to order a turn from a parking lot, see three priced options with the rent each one is likely to command, pick one, and watch licensed vendors execute it — without ever opening a spreadsheet.

Everything we build points at one number: return on every dollar spent between tenants. Scope that is defensible. Vendors who show up. Turnaround you can forecast. And a record of all of it, building by building, year over year, so next year's decisions are better than this year's.

We work on behalf of building owners and property management companies, coordinating a vetted network of licensed and insured trade partners across Southern California.
